The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with Popul8IT's customers, understanding their business model and requirements, and identifying suitable digital packages. Working with them through the process, coordinating the development work with the Programming and Development team. making sure the produced prototype is aligned with customer expectations and is responsible for the Social media marketing and management.
The Social Media and Digital Sales Consultant will focus on growing Popul8IT revenues through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns and seeking digital opportunities for additional service adoption to uplift the customer capability and achieve their digital strategy successfully by analysing data across multiple digital channels.
Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs.
Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
Excellent skills with Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest and SEO
Fluency in English is a must.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close The deal.

Enter and update customer information in the CRM database.
Receive and process Leads professionally and convert them to actionable quotes.
Act as a Digital delivery lead, working closely with the customers and the development and design teams.
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Go the "extra mile" to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Minimum three years of experience in Sales & Social media management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with SEO and SEM Strong writing, verbal and collaboration skills
